Hours are adjusted during the Holy Month of Ramadan in accordance with the regulations issued from the Ministry of Education.
Parents should inform the school of their child’s absenteeism either by calling or via an email sent to the designated floor supervisor. The floor supervisor will communicate with parents of absent students who did not inform the school before 9.00 am on the morning of the absence to the concerned floor supervisor.
If parents are going to be out of the country and the student has to be with them, it is essential that they advise the school of their child’s temporary absenteeism so that missed material will be emailed to them to cover by parents during that period.
We do not encourage travel absences during term time, but we realize that there are occasions when this is unavoidable. Travel requests for absence should be emailed to the Head of Department for approval at least two weeks before the absence is due to take place in order to arrange the logistics needed and send the material that will be missed accordingly.
